WFF works to accelerate the advancement of female leaders in the foodservice industry. They empower women with new skills and support companies in creating inclusive environments where women can thrive, build strong networks, and drive business growth. Since 2012, McLane has been a valued partner of WFF and has served as a sponsor of its annual leadership conference.

  • Ashlee Talley – WFF Change Maker

Top Women in Convenience
Convenience Store News’ Top Women in Convenience celebrates women who are making a significant impact in the convenience retail industry. This year, McLane is honored to have two teammates recognized:

  • Hebe Alexander – Senior Level Leader
Hebe, Director of Lean Six Sigma, joined McLane two years ago and has made a tremendous impact in that time. Lean Six Sigma plays an important role in optimizing operations across McLane. By leveraging data-driven methodologies and process improvement strategies, it enhances efficiency, reduces waste, and streamlines workflows to maintain the highest levels of service for our customers. Her efforts impact all areas of our company with project work and support extending across shared services, transportation, network operations, individual sites, procurement, and strategy. Over the last year, Hebe has helped build a continuous improvement culture, introducing a team of Six Sigma Black Belts into McLane, designing new processes, and solving complex problems. Hebe also serves as chair of IgniteHER, McLane’s newly established women’s business resource group.
  • Taylor Skinner – Rising Star
In her role as Market Director for the Central Region, Taylor is responsible for strategically aligning and supporting 12 customers in the region, including 7-Eleven, ensuring seamless sales execution, operational excellence, and teammate development. Over the last year, she has led multiple high-impact initiatives that have significantly improved our operations and received praise from customers, who note her determination to find and implement innovative solutions. She has also served as a mentor for several teammates on the 7-Eleven team, providing guidance for early-career, high-potential teammates. Her ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution has made her an integral part of the McLane team.

Congratulations Ashlee, Hebe, Syndee, and Taylor, and thank you for all you do to contribute to McLane’s ongoing success.
