Spark Initiative

Disability Inclusion is very much one of the cornerstones of McLane’s DEI culture. Through the Spark Initiative, McLane partners with Vocational Rehabilitation and community-based organizations to expand access to job opportunities to individuals with disabilities across the organization.

Warriors to Wheels

McLane values veterans and we are proud to offer a GI Bill approved truck driver apprenticeship to make the most of your military training and experience with a new transportation career.

Women’s Foodservice Forum

McLane Foodservice and Women’s Foodservice Forum have partnered over the years to provide access to leadership development programs and opportunities for all our valued teammates.

Women In Convenience

McLane is proud to support CSP’s C-Store Women, a leadership program and conference intended to empower and develop women in the c-store industry, and CSN’s Top Women in Convenience, a recognition program that celebrates women in the industry that go above and beyond in their profession.

National Hispanic Corporate Council Partnership

McLane has partnered with NHCC to access a collaborative community that shares resources, knowledge, and best practices to grow Hispanic talent, customers, and suppliers.
