McLane offers both health care and dependent care spending accounts. These accounts offer significant tax savings by allowing you to set aside pre-taxed money from your paycheck to pay for child care costs and medical and dental expenses that are not paid by your health and dental plans.
McLane offers a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with a Roth feature, which has had a generous (discretionary) match for the past several years. Eligibility begins after you have completed 90 days of service.

McLane’s short-term disability coverage provides partial income protection if you become disabled and cannot work due to a non-work-related injury or illness.
Long-term disability is offered to all full-time teammates. This benefit will supplement a portion of lost income due to a serious injury or health condition for an extended period of time.
In helping you pursue your educational goal, you are eligible for reimbursement of tuition and books. Courses eligible for reimbursement are those that will benefit you in your position or career with the company and will lead to an academic degree, certification or license.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP provides confidential, professional short-term counseling to help teammates in resolving problems that are difficult to deal with alone. In addition to counseling, it provides work/life benefits and health and wellness programs. This benefit is provided at no cost to you.
