Job Title: HRIS Manager

Description:
The HRIS Manager will be responsible for the management of the administration of the Company's HRIS system. You will partner with the IS and Payroll team to develop, implement, test and support company- wide HR Information Systems and their related documentation and business processes. This role will manage all HRIS functions including the daily administration of PeopleSoft HR system and will work cross functionally with HR functional business partners to define, analyze and evaluate HR needs for services and if appropriate, develop, implement and execute recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Define and implement Human Resources processes and procedures for the collection and maintenance of applicant and employee record data
  • Develop, test and implement new or modified systems to meet changing requirements
  • Ensure data integrity within system by providing proper training to users and ensuring that the initial data load is in compliance
  • Recommend appropriate software and/or hardware system upgrades
  • Ensure HRIS training materials are current and utilized by all staff as needed
  • Coordinate, test and apply table updates in the HRIS system for consistency within the system
  • Create and maintain system security levels for HRIS system as well as oversee and maintain internal HR network/documentation security
  • Define, develop, coordinate and execute implementation of new automation to HR processes
  • Confer with the other departments to assess reporting needs and develop corresponding reports
  • Gather and analyze corresponding data to coordinate reporting of key recruiting and employee population statistics to management
  • Assist HRIS users by developing consistent reports and workflows
  • Oversee the collection and input of data into HRIS, and audit data files to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Maintain year-end processes to ensure optimal performance of HRIS
  • Coordinate integration of systems and procedures through acquisitions
  • Meet this position’s physical demands, which are classified as: Light 10-20 pounds
  • Other duties may be assigned - either directly or indirectly
Other Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRIS, or other related field
  • 5 years of HRIS or related experience
  • Hands on experience with implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM, which includes Benefits Administration, Talent Management, Workflow, Query and Security
  • Possess knowledge of principles and practices of user applications including controls, terminology software design and programming.
  • Knowledge of functional human resources administration and basic principles of general human resources and payroll accounting, reporting methods and procedures.
  • Proven experience with project life cycle methodologies, project management frameworks and specific experience leading requirements definition processes.
  • Experience with HRIS systems— PeopleSoft preferred.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong computer skills needed to include an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to successfully pass an education verification, drug screen, criminal background and credit checks.
